We contacted Nyoman Meta through WhatsApp and he was very responsive and detailed. We were asked for an extra transfer from Uluwatu, Bali to Sanur Harbour and Meta was efficient at organising Ari (our driver from Uluwatu to Sanur) who was very kind and his English + humour was fantastic, very safe driver and had lots of area knowledge to share

The fastboat tickets to Nusa Penida was well organised by Meta and Ari with no issues,

The highlight of this review was Putra, our driver who showed us around Nusa Penida during our stay. Very well organised, excellent service, exceptionally friendly and patient. My partner and I loved every moment we spent with him. Putra was a very safe driver with fantastic area knowledge and was very happy social with the locals, clearly a well respected gentleman among his people. Showed us all of the tour spots and recommended a beautiful place for lunch. At the tour locations Putra went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our enjoyment and relaxation, taking fantastic photos and videos of us, giving us a full VIP experience of the island and we could not have asked for a better tour guide and driver. Putra I hope you see this review and know my partner and I believe you were a highlight of our trip to Bali and Nusa Penida. We had a truly amazing experience with this team! We booked a private tour for two from Bali to Nusa Penida, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish.
The package included all hotel pick-ups and drop-offs in both Bali and Nusa Penida, driving around the island, as well as a private snorkeling speedboat with a guide and a dedicated videographer. We came home with incredible photos and videos of the underwater world, including turtles, colorful fish, and beautiful coral reefs.
Everything ran smoothly, the staff were professional and friendly, and we felt well looked after throughout the day. It was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Bali.
